The following items should be accepted by phone and collected by drivers:
- Sofas, armchairs and three piece suites - must be clean, have appropriate fire regs and less than 10 years old.
- Double and single divan beds - fire regs essential.
- Single wardrobes and small double wardrobes.
- Small dining tables and/or kitchen tables.
- Dining chairs.
- Chests of drawers.
- Coffee tables.
- Bedside cabinets.
- Bookcases and bookshelves.
- Mirrors
- Double and single duvets and associated bedding.
- Crockery cutlery and kitchenware (Electric kettles, electric irons etc.).
- Washing machines and/or dishwashers.
- Electric cookers.
- Fridges and/or fridge freezers.
- Vacuum cleaners.
- Small electrical goods, e.g., kettles.
- Tumble dryers and/or spin dryers.
- Microwave ovens.
- Rugs.
- Bags of clothing.

The following items will NOT be accepted by phone or collected by drivers:
- Room heaters including oil filled radiators, fan heaters, etc.
- Electric blankets.
- Electric beds.
- Electric chairs.
- Glass topped tables.
- Glass shelving.
- Kitchen cupboards, units, cabinets etc.
- Gas cookers.
- All fitted furniture.
- All kit furniture.
- All furniture which is dismantled.
- Wall units if glass doors and/or shelves are part of the item.
